Our business model is simple, at the core of everything we do is a child's happy heart. From there it grows into a structured organisation with a 300 years vision.

Our pillars

It’s a heart of a child who has embraced our three pillars, connect, co-create and contribute.

Rippling Kindness

The child will ripple kindness in it’s community; to parents, siblings, friends and strangers. This is ultimately why we do what we do, to ripple kindness.

Connect

Our first pillar is connect. The children connect with each other, the Flow of Happiness and our vision of a more playful and kind world. Then they pay gratitude to the children who came before them and contributed their art.

Co-create

The second pillar is Co-create. Then we invite the children to explore our Happiness Practices and co-create art in all forms. Connection to nature is the red thread and we have workshops within photography, painting, music, dance and many more. The art is our financial engine.

Contribute

The third and final pillar is to contribute. The children contribute the art they co-created, paying it forward so more children can partake in this global ripple of kindness.

Foundation

The foundation holds all Intellectual property and the immaterial rights to images and all art created. We are currently in the process of converting our NPO to a Foundation in Sweden.

Team

The team behind is a hand full of kind hearted people who want to co-create a global happiness manifestation. The stars symbolise volunteers and artists and the small cogwheels entrepreneurs and freelancers.

Proof of Concept

Together, we have created art festivals for over 4,500 children in ten countries on four continents. We’ve been published in more than 100 newspapers with a reach of over 3 million and received support from Desmond Tutu, among others. So, we are now ready for the next phase.

CSR Partners

We invite partners who provide their services and products in exchange for CSR campaigns that are aligned with the UN SDG. The big cog wheals represent international companies who’s services we need on a daily basis such as accounting, shipping, printing and so forth.

Long Term

And ripple kindness for centuries. Each circle represents one human alphabet and our longterm goal is to create one letter in all countries in the world within 10 years, then we come back and do one letter and host an art festival every ten year.

connect

Social connection is one of the strongest predictors of happiness and longevity. True connection begins through shared experiences and builds self- and social awareness. Neuroscience shows that when children create and express emotions together, mirror neurons activate and empathy expands. This is why art matters. It helps children grow as humans and nurtures qualities no technology or AI can replicate. Art is here to connect us with our shared humanity.

co-create

We emphasize the creative process over the result. What matters is presence, playfulness, and purpose. When co-creating art, children feel part of something larger. They gain confidence, and experience the joy of shared meaning. In this space, free from competition and performance pressure, children feel safe to express, connect, and grow without comparison. Research shows that co-creating art in nature has significant therapeutic benefits. When fuelled by gratitude and kindness, it becomes transformative.

contribute

Finally, the children exhibit their creations and reflect on what they’ve felt, learned, and contributed. It becomes a form of community art therapy—celebrating each other’s voices and growth. These artworks live on, sparking joy and meaningful conversations in homes, schools, and public spaces. Some are sold in limited editions to fund our free art festivals. When we give, we feel seen, needed, and empowered. Shared happiness is double happiness. Kids Helping Kids.
